Returns

Can I return my item for an exchange or refund? (if it’s unwanted, incorrect, faulty or damaged)?

Goldsboro Books wants you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase.

We are happy to refund or exchange unwanted items that are returned to us within 14 days, provided they are in perfect condition. The customer is responsible for return postage. Please specify if you require an exchange or whether you would like a refund.

If you receive an item that is less than satisfactory, please notify us as soon as possible and provide photos of any damages or flaws (but within 14 days from the delivery) so we can rectify the issue and advise you how to return the item.

Please call us on 0207 497 9230 (Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm, +44 207 497 9230 if outside the UK – charges will apply) if you have any questions regarding the return process.

Goldsboro Books Limited, 23-27 Cecil Court, London WC2N 4EZ United Kingdom.

For the return of high-value goods, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items.

You can also return unwanted or faulty items to our central London shop for a refund or exchange. All goods must be returned with proof of purchase, in original packaging and in resalable condition. All refunds and exchanges are processed at the manager’s discretion.

To understand our obligations as a merchant in the UK consult “The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000” which can be found at:
