We’re making an update to improve your subscription experience!
Starting from April 1st 2025, all subscription payments will be processed on a fixed date each month, rather than on a flexible recurring date.
This change is both a result of customer feedback and designed to help streamline our systems — ensuring our team can prepare and ship your orders more efficiently and get them to you even faster!
From April 1st 2025, the following payment dates will apply:
1st month - Crime Collective
2nd month - PREM1ER
3rd month - GSFF
For those with joint subscriptions, your payment will renew on the latest of the combined dates to occur.
Rest assured, your subscription benefits and the books you love will remain unchanged — just with an even smoother process behind the scenes.
